Salterns village is a good place if your looking for a quiet relaxing break, not that cheap but it's rewards are the settings and the peace and quiet, only a short walk from the local beach which is sand and shingle mix. Great views of the Solent and only 10 minute drive into Ryde town centre.

As a family with a dog we absolutely LOVE this location and we would highly recommend it. We've stayed here a couple of years now and always found it so clean and quiet with everything you need and lovely friendly staff. Its only a short scenic walk to the seafront and beach and some lovely pubs, a great base for visiting the island.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
