I never normally complain about places I have stayed at but I did have a few problems with this place. When we arrived, we came in and waited for the restaurant to open and that was fine. The walk was also fine, but when we walked past the lodges we saw that they were crammed closed together and there was little gardens, space and privacy. The further we walked, the more crammed they got. We saw the new lodges and they looked nice on the outside but they were more crammed with less space and garden ( actually no gardens) than the ones before. Behind many of them is a beautiful view but they are facing away from the view, which was a missed opportunity and a waste. We got to our lodge a bit early so we waited outside. When it turned the time we were supposed to be aloud to have gone in, the cleaners were still cleaning the place. When they finished, it was only about 15 minutes after the time we should have gone in and the ace was not cleaned probably. It wasn’t that cleaners fault as they were not given enough time to clean. I went to have a shower and thought they just forgot the towel but it turns out you have to pay extra before to get some (which we didn’t know as normally they are included) so I would recommend if you go to bring your own or pay for some in advance. The lodge was not as nice as we would have liked and there was a couple more things that we thought could have been better but the food was great and the view where we stayed was better than most of the tigger lodges views. We will not be coming back again as the price for this is not worth it.

Beautiful park (with, let’s be honest, a memorable name). We stayed for 3 nights in February 2019 in a luxury lodge.Clean, well kept and stocked with a bottle of Prosecco, tea, coffee, biscuits and juice for our arrival. The entertainments team were fabulous and couldn’t do enough to keep our two boys busy. Would definitely return.

Wonderful for a family break or holiday. Activities and entertainment for children and young people of all ages (and for the adults). Ours especially enjoyed the laser games, arcade, amazing forest, pool and alpaca walk. Great atmosphere, friendly, helpful and enthusiastic staff. Thank you Sandy Balls! We would highly recommend a holiday or short break. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My advice would be - book now!
