Rated 3 out of 5 by Christine Parkinson on 17th December 2018

Well organized, log cabins spacious, clean though furnishings showing some wear and tear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shelly Davison on 15th October 2018

Lovely place very clean lots of things to do for all ages money well spent

Rated 4 out of 5 by Harriet S on 29th September 2018

👍+ve's Nice site. Friendly staff. Dog friendly🐾. Extra services such as a visiting massage therapist. Lots of activities for kids.clean swimming pool and gym (limited spaces) Indoor table tennis, pool, other games room. Cabin was clean, cleaning products in so you don't have to bring any. Bird hides, artwork, trails for hiking or walking. Nice touch to give coffee a sweet tin upon departure.👎-ve's Some elements could be better like signage around is a bit confusing or lacking. Bed filled the bedroom and was rock solid. Introduction on key collection varied wildly between customers. A few things were out of order that they could have notified on the website as that may sway some people booking( sauna, ferry ) The road to it was closed at Newcastleton. They get everyone to collect their key at 4pm, so it was a bit of a messy situation that could be easily resolved but allowed me to observe the variety of standards given in the introduction. Lights on cabins and around the site stay on all night so makes night sky observing not as easy.Overall great place with great staff, just a few niggles that don't end the world.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sarah Stone on 22nd February 2018

Brilliant relaxed holiday. Kids ( teenage ) loved body zorbing and archery with Tom who was brilliant and the rest of the staff were equally as good. We had pet friendly accommodation which we wanted with dogs and it was pristine. We have booked for 2 more holidays here whilst on our stay as loved it so much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by David Rush on 22nd June 2018

Great staff great place lodge slightly tatty on the outside but neat and tidy and well equipped
