Rated 3 out of 5 by Lynn Garbutt on 26th October 2018

We have just come back from Wild Rose, for the 3rd time this year. We have been going to this site for many years. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The restaurant/bar, in our opinion, is good. Food we have had we have found very nice and good value for money. However, we do now think that the toilet/shower blocks are letting this lovely site down dramatically. They are in urgent need of updating, and it would be a shame if this issue was not addressed in the near future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by maria king on 29th October 2018

Platinum not too expensive and very comfortable and warm even though we went in October half term. Lovely comfortable bed, nice bathrooms including extra toilet. Fabulous views over Pennines and park ideally situated for Lakes and Dales. Appleby gorgeous, nice waterfall nearby. Want to go every year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mrs S Rigby-White on 27th August 2018

Have a seasonal pitch here. We love it. Great bar/ restaurant and very peaceful up on Hazel Heights. Showers and toilets need updating but I’ve always found them clean

Rated 3 out of 5 by Harry Macdonald-Preston on 8th August 2018

The pool was far too cold, I was shocked because it was advertised as heated and the food looked good but was far too pricey. The caravan we stayed in was reasonable but the fire kept going out and the tv was small. Other than that it was fairly good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jason Snowden on 18th May 2018

Prior to this holiday I had never even entered a caravan and never been on a UK holiday really and I have to say I was blown away. The caravan was amazing, we paid for a platinum upgrade. It was modern, stylish, clean and very spacious. I could not believe how much these caravans have to offer. The park itself was the perfect base for a trip round the area, very well kept, facilities were excellent too.The food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced too.I was also suprised that the mini market was well priced because being in the middle of nowhere they could charge more. All round i was hugely impressed and will be back 100%.
