Rated 5 out of 5 by Katy Laughton-Paxton on 29th April 2019

Really lovely, chilled out holiday park. Nice entertainment for the kids, cheap bar and decent food. The park was clean and tidy and the facilities were tip top clean and in good working order. The pool was lovely and child friendly too. We did get our air bed nicked out of our tent on our last night, but I don't think there's anything the campsite could have done about that! 😂The site could have been better paved for wheelchairs and buggies. I had to push the pushchair on the roads quite a bit while the cars were coming, but it's a 10mph speed limit so people were very cautious anyway. We have booked again for June! :)

Not to much to do. Venue very noisy. Can not hear the music, as it bounces everywhere. Sound like your in a tin! Some compfy seating, if you can get itOutside nice looking over lake

Was like a ghost town. I phoned the day previous to our visit. We used to own a caravan on site here years ago and decided to visit on my husband's birthday for old time same. That's why I phoned to make sure it was all open. When we arrived there was none of the little shops open, no rides and no amusements. Not even the bar (which looked like it was having a refurb). I'm glad they didn't charge for us to go in as I would have demanded my money back. If the person I had spoke to on the phone had told me there were no shops, amusements etc open we wouldn't have made the journey and could have gone to the coast for the day instead. Will never go back. Only gave it 1 star because didn't have the option for no stars.

Could do with tidying up and everything seems shut ?? But the accomodation looks lovely and all well kept If the people who own the site want to charge £3.000 a year plus buck your ideas up
