I use the venue sometimes as a person who lives locally. The play area now has no balls in the ball pit which I understand is due to naughty children throwing them over the balcony into the seated area. It's a shame they can't put something else there to make it a soft play area. I had breakfast and the food was ok. I ate it but it was warm not hot so it put me off ordering again. The staff are really friendly but I've had experiences when they appear to be untrained so I feel bad for some of the staff members.

Start to finish Me my husband and 2 children had an amazing time. Staff are very helpful despite all the bad / negative reviews .A holiday is what you make it! don't base a holiday on a review. It was a very packed weekend - billings big bonanza, we made great memories and friends on our visit. Toilet & showers where clean everytime me and my children went in so no problems there.Fun fair closes about 11pm Venue entertainment fab for children - although very loud! Swimming pool great - slides Jacuzzi a baby area.Hover crafts , peddle boats , parks, go carts , golf , circus , boat marina , arcades , fishing lakes , shops , 2 different fun fairs opposite sides of the park. Lots to do for families.Overall great fun and we will be returning . Thanks for a great experience. 5☆
