Amazing location! Showers and toilets are extremely clean. Owners are lovely and cook a delicious breakfast! Lovely calm and relaxing atmosphere and our bell tent was very nice - we will definitely be staying again! :)
very nice place to spend a vacation, with your favorite- frends 🐕, clean, quiet, very nice owners but that's not all the advantages of this place. I recommend if someone wants to really relax.
Lovely camp site. Owners were lovely and very helpful. Spotless everywhere and well looked after site. Not too big. Thoughtfully stocked shop. A new cafe will be open soon which will be a bonus.
We've been coming to Willow Valley for several years now specifically because it was accessible for my disabled husband (amputee, soon to be double amputee) and our 2 autistic children. We decided in March to take a week out of school and book earlier due to surgery dates. We came down yesterday to find the cabin we thought we'd booked was taken but we were being upgraded. Whilst the offer of upgrade was well meant, there was no communication and the upgrade offer wasn't accessible with my husband's Disabilities. After some reshuffling we were offered one of the back cabins but again this turned out to be inaccessible due to lack of hand railings on any steps. So with a lack of communication and accessibility and after a 6 hour journey we were left in Cornwall with no where to stay.Unfortunately I have to give one star or it wont post. The emotional toll of the past 12 hours have been hell. It took us 3 hours to find somewhere else. What was supposed to be a relaxing time for us before surgery has started off as complete nightmare. As constructive feedback please consider putting handrails on all and both sides of stairs and asking about accessibility on booking forms. We would have come to Willow Valley for the rest of our lives but unfortunately wont be able to return now.
Great size pitches and friendly welcome. Will have a better exploration of the place tomorrow and see what is around but so far, so good. Owners (Chris and Jan) are very friendly and help in anyway they can. Highly recommend
